The possibility of using probiotic cultures (lacto-and bifidobacteria) in fish farming was studied. It has been established that the use of mixed fodder with the addition of probiotic cultures Lactobacillus plantarum № 7 and Bifidobacterium adolescentis № 17 at a dose of 106 KOE / cm3 positively affects the biological indices in the cultivation of carp sargolites. According to the results of the conducted research, an analytical report on the use of probiotic cultures (lacto-and bifidobacteria) in fish farming was developed, 1 article was published.
