The essential features of the innovative pedagogical system are substantiated and the factors of its creation are singled out; the concept, essence and structure of the process of designing innovative pedagogical systems are defined and the principles of their design are formulated; described the algorithm and proposed technology for designing innovative pedagogical systems as a set of processes, rules that perform subordinate (rule-making) and ordering (algorithmic) functions in relation to the designer's actions aimed at creating a given object - an innovative pedagogical system; the possibilities of practice of targeted design and management of innovative pedagogical systems in the conditions of modern pedagogical ZVO are revealed; the model of professional competence formation of future specialists in the field of technological and vocational education was developed and tested.
