Methods for the synthesis of micro- and nanoscale gold single crystals modified by adsorption layers of biopolymers, SAC (albumin), alkaloids and PEG polymer (polyethylene glycol) have been developed. The size distribution of nanoprisms was determined, the conditions under which the modified nanoprisms were resistant to aggregation in saline and blood plasma, the influence of pH and the electrolyte concentration on the surface charge (потен-potential) of such nanoprisms and the mechanism of interaction of the adsorptive interaction of the adsorbos were investigated. of biopolymers with gold and silver spectral methods. The information obtained on the physicochemical properties of the modified nanoprisms is the basis for use as nanoforms for the therapy and phototherapy of oncoforms, and for the development of sensitive sensors for biodetection based on the effect of LSPR (localized surface plasmon resonance) on such nanoprisms. The adsorption on nanoprisms of biopolymers (antibodies and proteins) and the enhancement of their respective IR (infrared) and Raman spectral bands due to the LDPR effect have been investigated. It is shown that anionic polysaccharides adsorbed on the gold surface significantly (4-5 times) reduce the plasma protein adsorption.            The effect of plasmon resonance enhancement on biopolymers adsorbed on the surface of nanoprisms for densely aggregated nanoprisms compared to single nanoprisms was established.             The effect of heterocoagulation of nanoparticles (NPs) and nanocrystals (NCs) of gold - Au modified by Chlorella polysaccharides (PS) or polyethylene glycol (PEG) on blood cancer cells of the Jurkat, Namalva and MT-4 lines has been performed.
