 In the work with the application of modern biochemical, histoimmunochemical, physiological and pharmacological methods of research the nature of expression and synthesis of factors of endogenous cytoprotection, namely the system of HSP proteins under conditions of pathology of cardiovascular and central nervous systems of hypoxic genesis, was determined. Based on the results of these studies, specific and highly informative biological markers were selected to diagnose and screen the effectiveness of the treatment of these pathological conditions. Experimental studies have identified markers from the HSP-protein system for the diagnosis of diseases of the cardiovascular and central nervous systems of hypoxic genesis, assessment of the severity of these pathological conditions, the choice of pathways for pharmacological correction, drug dosage, determination of duration and screening of treatment effectiveness.
