 The department staff has been investigating fundamental methodological approaches to the system of pedagogical training for modern specialists within the theory and practice of domestic and foreign scientists have been analyzed; methodological innovations of this process have been revealed and reasoned; the essence and structure of professional honour in formation of teachers-to-be have been substantiated; innovative technologies in training state-of-the-art teachers have been elicited; methodological fundamentals of the model of training elementary school teachers for formation of constructive skills in junior schoolchildren have been grounded; modeling techniques for inclusive study classwork in professional activity of elementary school teachers-to-be has been revealed; methodological tools for teachers to carry out psychological and pedagogical work with junior schoolchildren`s parents, didactic means for formation of future Art teachers` readiness for upbringing aestetic culture among the schoolchildren have been substantiated; methodological practical work (on the optional educational subject, by students) "Techniques For Teaching Junior Schoolschildren Communicational Culture" and teaching and educational program "Communication Culture ABC for Junior Schoolchildren" as an aid to young teachers have been prepared; ways of quality training of teachers-to-be and their further practical activities have been outlined. New tendencies were implemented during the scientific research approval (by postgraduates, doctoral candidates), in preparation and publication of scientific works according to the scientific research (articles, study guides, monographs), participation in conferences, topical workshops, round tables concerning the research issue.
