 The analysis of the state and trends of development of institutionalized society in the context of financial relations were revealed. Particularly institutional disproportions and distortions in development of financial market, finances of real sector of economy were defined, institutional reasons and preconditions for insufficient innovative activity of economic subjects were established. The directions for improving the financial institutional structure of innovation and technological development of society were substantiated, in particular, providing innovative direction of investments in small and medium business, development of credit and crowdfunding mechanisms, stimulating economic agents to innovative investment processes and their institutional support.
