To establish the parameters of the objective functions and functions of constraints, theoretical studies, simulation using elements of the calculated experiment and experimental studies on existing and developed equipment. Simulated models of operation of screw conveyors, conveyors with a continuous traction body, in particular scrapers, systems with container movement of goods, transport and technological systems of agriculture have been developed. machines, in particular for harvesting and transportation of root tubers (fruits), new in which will be three-dimensional simulation of moving working bodies. The theory of shock interaction of agricultural products based on the application of the Hertz contact problem by determining the time of shock interaction of bodies by different geometric and mechanical properties and the results of the calculated experiment with derivation of dependences of impact force change over time. Developed calculation methods for low-energy transport and technological systems for the movement of agricultural materials while minimizing their damage; simulation models of operation of screw conveyors and rod conveyors-cleaners of root crops on the basis of elastic and resilient screw working bodies; quality criteria for the technological process of transport and cleaning systems of root harvesting machines; systems of protection of working bodies of screw conveyors and bar conveyors-cleaners against occurrence of overloads.
