The technical condition is determined, recommendations for further operation of the building are provided. Drawings (floor plans, facades) are made; a visual inspection of structures with an assessment of their technical condition; description, measurements, photofixation, drawing up of sketches and schemes of an arrangement of the revealed defects and damages, measurement of width and character of opening of cracks. According to the results of the work performed and in accordance with the normative document / 3 / the condition of the constructions should be referred to the II category of technical condition (satisfactory).
