 The results of expert-ecological analysis of phytobiota of the protected forest territory of local significance "Birok" of SE "Dubensky forestry" are given. Expert assessment of vegetation cover and condition of forest plantations after windbreaks and windbreaks on June 25, 2021, which is determined by the relevant commission of Rivne region as a regional emergency under code 20331 (emergency associated with strong winds (25 m / s and more) covering squalls and tornadoes)). In accordance with the current legislation, measures are proposed to eliminate the consequences of natural disasters in order to preserve forest natural ecosystems.
