The kinetic and thermodynamic stability of nanoparticle/organic molecule complexes has been studied. It is established that complexes based on inorganic nanoparticles are inert highly stable systems at room and physiological temperatures. A laboratory method for obtaining water-soluble powders of hydrophobic organic substances (drugs) in the form of inclusion complexes with cyclodextrins has been developed. Powders containing included mefenamic acid (MFA) in a complex with 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (MFA/HP-β-CD) and melatonin in a complex with randomly methylated β-cyclodextrin (MT/RMβCD) have been obtained. The stoichiometry of the complex, stability constants and thermodynamic parameters of the complex formation has been calculated. Powders containing included vitamin K1 in a complex with 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin has been obtained. It was found that the developed vitamin K1 complexes in combination with ascorbic acid show an effective antitumor effect, inhibiting the proliferation of mouse sarcoma cells L929.
