Amendments to DBN A.2.2-3: 2014 have been developed in accordance with current regulations, normative acts and normative documents. Issues related to improving the requirements for the composition and content of project documentation for construction, taking into account the modern needs of the construction industry, issues related to the use of construction information modeling technologies in accordance with the resolution оf the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 11.05.2011 № 560 "On approval of the Procedure for approval of construction projects and their examination and recognition as invalid of some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (as amended), including the development in electronic form of construction projects, approved by the administrative document, which imposes a qualified electronic signature and the possibility of examination in the form of electronic documents, the format of which is determined by the contract; brought into line with the Laws of Ukraine "On Architectural Activities"; "On regulation of urban planning activities"; "On environmental impact assessment"; "On energy efficiency of buildings"; the requirements of DBN B.2.2-40: 2018 "Inclusiveness of buildings and structures. Substantive provisions". The first, second and final versions of the Change project have been developed.
