 The aim of the work is to develop and implement an algorithm for examination and diagnosis of reproductive health disorders and sexual dysfunction in women of different ages with androgen deficiency. The influence of androgen deficiency on the formation of female sexual dysfunction in women of reproductive age was shown, clinical signs of female sexual dysfunction are associated with changes in the lubrication of the lower reproductive tract of women, the connection between hypoandrogenic dysfunction and decreased vascularization androgen deficiency in women of reproductive age was shown.
