 The object of research - the processes of plastic deformation in the production and processing of layered, reinforced materials and bimetals based on aluminum alloys by rolling and extrusion. The aim of the work is to develop new technologies for rolling and extrusion of layered and reinforced materials based on aluminum alloys and steel with a regulated distribution of layer thickness, as well as the required quality (including strength) of their connection and level of properties. The main objectives of the project include: development of a tool for experimental research; development of a mathematical model and its adaptation to study the features of pressure welding, rolling and extrusion; study of the influence of technological parameters of selected processes on the deformation of composite elements; study of joint quality and mechanical properties of composites; assessment of the stages of composite fracture during testing; development of recommendations for the implementation of proposed developments in industry.
