 In the paper, the theoretical and methodological principles of identifying the relationship between the financing of the field of physical culture and sports and the health of the nation were developed, a comparative analysis of the models of financing the field of physical culture and sports in the world was carried out. Modeling of the influence of social and financial and economic determinants on the development of e-sports was carried out, a methodology and tools for determining the integral levels of the nation's health and the quality of life of the population were developed. A model of the dependence between the performance indicators of the sports management system and the levels of the nation's health and the quality of life of the population has been built, the mechanism of administrative and legal provision of public health and the quality of life of the population has been improved in the context of the reform of the sports management system in Ukraine. A model for forecasting the actualization of the e-sports industry at the world level has been developed, based on the construction of a decision tree, neural networks and logistic regression equations, scientific and methodological approaches to predicting the results of e-sports matches have been developed
