 Theoretical provisions on the development of rural areas, conceptual approaches to the use of the mechanism of public-private partnership in solving issues of ensuring the development and reconstruction of rural areas were studied, the current state of public-private partnership was analyzed, - domestic and foreign experience in the formation of concepts with positions on the use of the PPP mechanism in solving issues development of rural areas. The main obstacles to the development of public-private partnership have been identified, priority areas of application and distribution of such partnership in the agricultural sector have been determined. he project of the concept of development of public-private partnership (PPP) in the agricultural sector of the economy of Ukraine has been prepared.
