In the course of the research, the positions on the dependence of the substantial relief of justice on specific-historical peculiarities of sociocultural reality were conceptualized. The variability of the range of interpretations of justice is primarily determined by the significance of sociocultural differences in various societies and historical epochs - even within the boundaries of one society, under different sociocultural and historical conditions, there are different hierarchical conceptions of justice. A conceptual approach has been formed according to which there is no universal substantial invariant of justice in principle. It is correct to speak only about its partial version, which extends its jurisdiction to the specific-historical system of existential coordinates of a certain sociocultural oecumene
