 SUBSTANTIATION OF THE SCIENTIFIC AND METHODOLOGICAL BASIS FOR ASSESSING THE CAPABILITIES OF THE ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE LEGAL REGIME OF MARTIAL LAW IN UKRAINE (ACCORDING TO THE SHORTENED PROCEDURE) The object of the study is to assess the capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The subject of the study is the scientific and methodological basis for assessing the capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine under the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine (according to the shortened procedure). The purpose of the study is to improve the scientific and methodological apparatus for assessing capabilities under the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine (according to the shortened procedure). In the course of fulfilling the tactical and technical task for research work, the following results were obtained Problematic issues of capability assessment under the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine were analyzed, taking into account the experience of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; developed a methodology for assessing the capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine under the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine (according to the shortened procedure); a methodology for determining priorities for the development of capabilities based on the results of assessments of the capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine under the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine (according to the shortened procedure) was developed; methodological recommendations for assessing the capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine under the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine were developed and the Annex to Military Standard 01.040.009 (Edition 1) was developed.
