During the 1st stage (2022-2023), an inventory and optimization of collection materials of the geology department, collection of primary geological information, revision and scientific monitoring of the geological environment of the Volyn-Podilsky Plate, the Ukrainian Shield and the Carpathian Fold Structure were carried out. The main geological objects of research and modern scientific and methodological approaches to comprehensive research of the geological environment are analyzed. New factual material has been summarized and systematized, catalogues of geological objects and an electronic database have been compiled, and recommendations on subsoil use within the Podillian fault zone have been prepared.
