It have been determined the technological parameters of the process of fabrication of gold and silver nanostructures arrays by method of thermal evaporation in a vacuum and the method of fabrication of colloidal gold nanoparticles with polymer coating, which ensure the regulation of spectral position of localized surface plasmon resonance wavelength in the range from 420 nm to 820 nm. Optical and morphological properties of synthesized nanostructures were studied.
