The aim of the research was to determine optimal technological approaches for grain sorghum cultivation through the selection of promising hybrids, effective micronutrient fertilizers, and growth regulators, as well as to assess their effects on plant growth and development, productivity, and economic and energy efficiency. It was established that the duration of the growing season corresponded to the varietal characteristics of the hybrids and amounted to 104–107 days for the Brigga hybrid and 114–115 days for the Yutami hybrid. The studied technological elements significantly influenced the course of interstage periods, crop density and plant survival, leaf area formation, photosynthetic potential, and net photosynthetic productivity. The highest levels of stand density preservation (94.0–94.6%) were achieved through the combination of foliar fertilization with Alpha-Grow-Extra or Intermag–Corn micronutrient fertilizers and the application of the growth regulators Regoplant or Stimpo. The study revealed that optimal combinations of micronutrient fertilizers and growth regulators promoted more intensive dry matter accumulation, increased seed weight, and improved yield formation. At the same time, the hybrids differed in their productivity strategies: Brigga formed a smaller number of grains with higher individual grain weight, whereas Yutami produced a greater number of grains per plant. The highest profitability and energy efficiency indicators were obtained under foliar application of the micronutrient fertilizer Alpha-Grow-Extra in combination with the growth regulator Stimpo, which ensured high energy output from the yield and a high energy efficiency coefficient.
