The object is the enterprises in the region. The goal is to analyze the development of integration processes in agriculture in the post-reform pieriod and to characterize the operation of the financial mechanism of the agricultural sector. The research methods are methods of systematic and structural analysis, comparative and functional analysis, synthesis, economic and mathematical statistics, aggregation, grouping, measurement. Practical results are the development of relations between industrial, agricultural enterprises, and financial and credit institutions. The central is the study of the process flow of capital from industrial to agricultural enterprises and vice versa. On the example of the work of agroworkshops (association of industrial capital of OSC "MMK. Ilyich") and shares of peasants (agricultural capital) proved that it is the most efficient way to improve the efficiency of agricultural production and integrated industrial and agricultural units.
