Розглянуто етапи будування конкурентної стратегії українських виробників зерна, оцінено ефективність міжнародної конкурентної стратегії компанії «Нібулон», а також розкрито особливості реалізації міжнародних конкурентних стратегій українських виробників зерна під час війни. Goal. Determination of theoretical foundations and development of proposals for improving or changing the competitive strategy of Ukrainian grain producers on international markets. The object of the research is the entrepreneurial activity of Ukrainian grain producers on the international market. The subject of the research is the competitive strategy of the Ukrainian grain producer "Nibulon" on the international market. This work suggests improving the international competitive strategy of the Ukrainian grain exporter "Nibulon". The stages of building a competitive strategy of Ukrainian grain producers are considered, the effectiveness of the international competitive strategy of the Nibulon company is evaluated, and the peculiarities of the implementation of international competitive strategies of Ukrainian grain producers during the war are also revealed. As a result of the study, conclusions were drawn regarding the peculiarities of the formation of the international competitive strategy of grain producers in the conditions of geopolitical confrontations and the impact of this on export activity. popup.nrat_date 2025-09-29 Close
