The master's thesis analyzes the state of scientific development of the problem of participation of institutions of representative power; the essence and features of the participation of institutions of representative power were revealed; the general specifics and state of participation of institutions of representative power in the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine are characterized; revealed the legal and organizational principles of participation of institutions of representative power in Ukraine; based on the analysis of foreign and domestic experience, effective mechanisms for the participation of institutions of representative power in the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine were identified; recommendations on increasing the participation of institutions of representative power in the post-war reconstruction of the country were developed and scientifically substantiated.
