Description

 The aim of the work was to increase the safety and effectiveness of local anesthesia in dentistry by creating a new concept of conductive anesthesia, which consists in the development of a new gel-like composition of local anesthetic solution and preferential deposition of anesthetic in the interpterygoid and pterygomandibular anatomical spaces using the proposed auxiliary device. Scientific novelty. On the basis of conducted research and statistical analysis data, a solution to the current problem of dentistry related to by increasing the safety and efficiency of conductive anesthesia, by developing and substantiation of the new concept, which consists in moving away from direct dose dependence local anesthetic, replacing the principle of "aimed hitting" and revision postulated methods towards their adaptation to anatomical variability and provides the use of a new method of conducting anesthesia on the lower jaw, development a gel-like composition of a local anesthetic solution and an auxiliary device for its implementation. 22 articles, 3 patents, 5 abstracts of reports in conference materials have been published.
