The purpose of the work is to analyze and evaluate the existing digitalization strategy of Ukraine in view of its implementation at various levels (national, regional, municipal), to identify key problems that prevent the effective implementation of the strategy, to identify potential opportunities for the development of digitalization in the country, as well as to develop recommendations for improving the strategy taking into account national characteristics, the needs of various sectors and modern global trends in the field of digital transformation.
