Description

The object of the study is urban planning documentation, construction project documentation. Methodical recommendations will increase the professional level of conducting forensic examinations and expert studies and will allow conducting a more complete study of project documentation when conducting forensic examinations. The developed methodological recommendations contain a certain algorithm for determining the compliance of project documentation with regulatory and legal acts in the field of construction, which will accordingly help judicial experts in solving the issues raised for consideration when drawing up conclusions. The research work is designed for use in practice by forensic experts in the event that the compliance of project documentation with the requirements of normative legal acts in the field of construction, as well as the requirements of urban planning documentation in the specialty: 10.6 "Investigation of real estate objects, building materials, structures and relevant documents" and 10.20 "Research on land management.
