In work, with use of methods of fluorescent spectroscopy, spectophotometery, calorimetry, light microscopy, on a wide circle of model and natural objects (water-organic solutions, solutions of isolated proteins and natural proteins solutions (plasma and serum of blood), artificial and natural membranes (liposomes, microsomes), cells (erythrocytes, spermatozoa) are explored properties of some known and new fluorescent dyes (derivants of a pyridine, flavonols, benzanthrone, aminostyryl, square acid etc.) with the purpose of clearing up of possibilities and borders of their application in cryobiological and medicobiological experiments. The new fluorescent dyes for use are offered as probes and labels for cryobiological, biophysical and medicobiological examinations.
