The research is intended for the power generating enterprises which have made contracts about emissions reduction units of hotbed gases transfer to atmosphere. The form, an order and a methodology of preparation the annual monitoring-report on actual volumes of the emissions have been developed and adapted according to requirements of the JISC UNFCCC and national procedure of Ukraine. The monitoring-report on an example of Starobeshivsk thermal power-station "Donbasenergo" has been made.
