OBJECTIVE: to improve the treatment results of breast cancer and of large bowel cancer via the usage of advanced complex treatment regimen and surgical approach at the expense of special biological welding suite for medical prescription. RESULTS: the regional neoadjuvant polychemotherapy in patients with locally advanced and primary inoperable breast cancer has been improved significantly the long-term medical results in comparison with patients received neoadjuvant system polychemotherapy. The results of five-years survivability have been framed 52,3+3,4 % and 35,2+6,2 %, respectively. The effects of randomized trial have been demonstrated an absence of benefits between regional polychemotherapy and system polychemotherapy in adjuvant regimens. The developed variants of neoadjuvant chemoraytherapy for large bowel cancer haven't been worsen the firsthand treatment results: postoperative complications - 18,5 %, lethality - 3,2 %. The long-term effects would be investigate in five-years hour of observation. Due to implementation of biological welding for tissues in oncoproctology it has been obtained the reduction of intraoperative blood loss, surgical time, numbers of traditional sutures. NOVELTY: the new devices of complex treatment of breast cancer and of large bowel cancer have been worked out. EFFICIENCY: the increment of five-years survivability for patients with locally advanced and primary inoperable breast cancer on 17 %. FIELD OF APPLICATION: oncological foundations.
