Object of research are tools of stimulation of investments and innovations of activity in the EU countries that to Ukraine. The purpose of work - development of recommendations concerning adaptation in Ukraine of tools of stimulation of investment and innovative activity in the EU countries. Research receptions - methods of formal logic, the comparative analysis and generalization, grouping of the information. Methods of support of investment and innovative activity in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, Finland that of Sweden are characterized. Scientifically-analytical materials concerning tools of management are prepared by investment and innovative development which are expedient for applying in Ukraine in view of requirements WTO and EU.
