Patients with stable angina pectoris and chronic cardiac failure appeared to have hyperplasminogenemia and abnormal tissue plasminogen activator to inhibitor of plasminogen activator-1 (t-PA/PAІ-1) physiological ratio at 5 to 10 times increase of C-reactive protein level as inflammation marker. Original mechanism of hemostatic balance disorder during increasing of inflammation significantly caused by protein C deficiency was proposed. Preliminary data were received argumentative of the redox regulator elements are involved in PAI-1 secretion and in thrombin-dependent platelets activation. Considerable amount of extrinsic thiol groups in structure of plasminogen preparation proves disruption of some native disulphide bonds as elements of the secretory proteins' conformation stability. The proatherogenic role of SH-groups in some plasma protein structure was concluded to be probable.
