With the help of the developed method were investigated transition layer perturbed by a nematic liquid crystal, which arises at the boundary of clusters of carbon nanotubes. It is established that the transition layer perturbed Fredericks in a liquid crystal having inverted wall. Such formations have high spatial spectrum, which leads to increased scattering of laser light. Decrease of the inverse of the walls with further increase in voltage leads to an increase in transparency of the composite. It is shown that the optical field, which occurs when light passes through the nanocomposite, there are points of circular polarization (C points). The origin and movement of these points reflects changes in the orientation of the liquid crystal matrix. Therefore, these points can be used as markers in the measurements. The results of polarization studies are confirmed by direct measurements of transparency composites. Previous studies have shown the existence of a transition layer, even in small clusters, arising from the addition of the liquid crystal of low concentrations of nanotubes. The existence of a transition layer of liquid crystal and the possibility of there structures similar to the inverse of the walls, are certain limitations that must be considered when using these composites in optical systems.
