A research object is forming of section of ITZ CZ (CO) on the special period and peace-time in composition the charts of planning of territory of ARK, areas, districts, and also in composition the general layouts of settlements (from the most considerable cities to the rural settlements). A purpose of work is development of national standard of Ukraine, which determines the order of implementation of section of inzhenerno-tekhnichnikh measures of civil defence (civil defensive) in a town-planning document, on the basis of which it is possible it will be consistently to execute the requirements of DBN B.1.1-5:2007"Sklad, maintenance, order of development, concordance and claim of section of inzhenerno-tekhnichnikh measures of civil defence (civil defensive in a town-planning document" according to the level of rozroblyuvanoy of town-planning document. Development of project of DSTU-N also will allow to take off the problem of different approaches in perception of some requirements of DBN B.1.1-5:2007 in relation to their accordance the level of development of the noted town-planning document. A research method is a town-planning analysis of implementation of section of ITZ CZ (CO) in composition a town-planning document.
