Object of research - the processes of public enterprises, economic institutions and companies, whose authorized capital is state share. Purpose - to develop scientific advice on strategy development for state-owned enterprises, economic organizations and associations in the authorized capital of which is the state share, from the standpoint of enhancing their effectiveness and subject to the provisions of the new model of state property in Ukraine. Methods: dialectic, systematic approach, comparative analysis, grouping. The scientific advice strategy development. Results of research will be used control the reform of property relations department of property subject to the provisions of Laws of Ukraine "On state forecasting and elaboration of programs of reform and development of strategic industries," "On the management of state property," Economic Reform Program for 2010-2014. "Prosperous society, competitive economy, effective state."
