Description

Research object: capital of enterprise as dynamic system, structured on the sources of its forming. The purpose of work is subsequent development and scientific ground of theoretical and scientifically-methodical approaches to forming an effective capital structure of the enterprise. The article of research is the financial and economic relations which arise up between being subjects in charge concerning forming and effective use of capital of the enterprise. Research methods: methods of system-structural and comparative analysis; formal-logic analysis; fundamental positions of general economic theory, labours of foreign and domestic scientists in the regions of optimization, theory of economic evaluation of resources, substantive provisions of theory of efficiency. The main idea of project consists in research of dynamics of structural elements of capital of enterprise and forming, on this basis the investment strategy of enterprise, directed on the increase of competitiveness and efficiency of activity of enterprise
