Description

In this paper, based on analysis of cutting-edge research identified the most promising technological schemes welding using laser radiation. Under these schemes studied experimentally. Technological laser techniques and laser-plasma-arc welding of thin (1 ... 6 mm) aluminum alloys. Geometric parameters of joints in aluminum alloys is performed, depending on the radiation power Nd: YAG-laser and arc current component. Determined that, compared hybrid arc welding process increases the rate of about 2 times. In this case, the heat input in the weld metal is reduced by about a factor of 1.5, which helps to reduce strain.
