Each of the studied enzymes was shown can be used as a component of enzymatic kit for L-arginine analysis. The kit "Argitest" with a fluorometric detection of the final product (urea) was developed and optimized. The kit is based on the simple, highly selective, sensitive and rather fast enzymatic-chemical method with the usage of urease, arginase and 2,3-butanedion monooxime. The kit "Argitest" was tested on the real samples of human serum; the ranges of normal and average values of L-arginine contents for healthy people were estimated. The obtained data was shown to correlate with the data of literature. The trial lot of kits was released and transferred in laboratory of biomolecular electronics of IMBG NAS of Ukraine for testing on real human blood samples of patients with different malignances. As result of research, 3 papers were published, 2 papers and 1 patent were fielded in print, 2 papers and 1 patent are in preparing now.
