Description

In the course of work, the selection of minimally invasive treatments for patients surgical particular using the definition compatibility of implants with the body of the recipient through nanobiosensornyh technologies and introduction of these techniques in clinical practice, a set of clinical material and preliminary clinical analysis of surgical treatment on the methods of minimally invasive surgery and anesthesia in diseases of vessels, joints, reproductive organs, abdominal wall, bowel, thyroid and parathyroid glands, kidneys and urinary tract, the organ of hearing. The object of study: surgical disease and anesthesia. Studied 762 patients with surgical disease and anesthesia (study group). The control group consisted of 210 patients treated with traditional methods. Also retrospectively analyzed 1804 medical cards previously treated patients. Objective: The improvement of technical conditions of preoperative testing for individual compatibility of implants with the body of the recipient, technology, video endoscopic and photodynamic diagnosis method of hormonal intraoperative monitoring techniques perform minimally invasive interventions and their anesthesia in adults and children with certain diseases of vessels, joints, abdominal organs , abdominal, thyroid and in thyroid, reproductive organs, nasopharynx. Methods: clinical examination, laboratory blood tests, electroencephalography, ultrasonic diagnosis, magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography, renthenendovaskulyarne research videolaparoscopic research, questionnaires, medical and statistical analysis. Results found that patients of the treatment group using minimally invasive surgical techniques and modern anesthesia different short-term inpatient treatment and rehabilitation, less pain syndrome, low complications. Using the definition compatibility with the body implant recipient nanobiosensornyh based technologies are reducing the number of intraoperative and postoperative complications, shorten hospital treatment and the period of social and employment rehabilitation needs for the improvement of health.
