The existence of alfvenic wave modes with discrete spectrum was shown in such an environment. Features of the interaction of the solar wind with the Earth's magnetosphere and approaches to the description of turbulent processes using modern methods of spectral analysis examined. According to satellite measurements, the coordination of polar AGW and ULF magnetic and electric fields oscillations in the polar Earth's regions was found. This effect is a clear manifestation of ionosphere-magnetosphere interaction. Analysis of integrated ground-base-space experiments to study the effects of acoustic disturbance of ionosphere was continued. Analysis of the spectral line observations of various elements in the photosphere of the Sun was held. Conditions of spiral modes stability on the Sun was investigated in the model of cylindrical plasma bundle with curved magnetic field.
