In work the structure and features of the data of a network of monitoring of a condition of atmospheric air is defined. The existing means of data mining of the monitoring network of the atmospheric air condition are investigated, their main advantages and disadvantages are determined. The software database for data mining of the atmospheric air monitoring network has been improved. The choice of the development environment was made and the general architecture of the corresponding software was proposed.
