The existing tools of the intellectual analysis of data of the network of the MSAA network are investigated, their main advantages and disadvantages are determined. The database of software for intelligent analysis of data of the network of the MSAA network has been improved. The choice of development environment has been made and the general architecture of the relevant software tools has been proposed. The possibility of adaptation and improvement of some of the most widely used algorithms for data mining intelligence: C4.5, K-means, SVM, Apriori, EM, PageRank, AdaBoost, kNN, naive class bays, CART, etc. for data analysis tasks MSAA network in the framework of reducing the technogenic impact of energy objects on the environment. A number of methods for analyzing MSAA data within the AISEEM system have been implemented. A series of experiments on their practical use has been conducted.
