The morpho-physiological indices of resistance to parasitic nematodes of obtained in vitro onnutrient mediacontaining bioregulators of microbiological origin of tomato plant-regenerants(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.)cultivar Lagidny were studied in greenhouse conditions.It was shown that under greenhouse conditions, the resistance to nematode invasion of tomato plants-regenerants obtained in vitro on nutrient media containing bioregulators of microbiological origin, used in concentrations: 50, 75 and 100 ?l/l, significantly increases(up to 26-99%).A significant differences in the percentage of hybridized mRNA and si/miRNA molecules (up to 40 - 69 %) isolated from cells of control and experimental tomato plants-regenerants, obtained in vitro on nutrient media containing bioregulators of microbiological origin and further grown in greenhouse conditions on natural invasive background,were set.In the cell-free system of protein synthesis from wheat seedlings it was shown the significant increase in the silencing (inhibiting translation of plant mRNA) activity of si/miRNA (up to 36 - 66%) isolated from cells of experimental tomato plants-regenerants, obtained in vitro on nutrient media with bioregulators of microbiological originand further grown in greenhouse conditions on natural invasive background, as compared with similar indices of control tomatoplants-regenerants.
