Description

The object of the study is wildlife crossings for the migration of animals across the roads. The purpose of the research is to develop proposals for the design and arrangement of wildlife crossings for the migration of animals across the roads in the natural environment of Ukraine. Research methods are analytical, information retrieval. During the work performance the following tasks were consistently solved: analysis of the legislation, current regulatory and technical documents and literature on environmental protection concerning the arrangement of wildlife crossings for the migration of animals across highways; world and domestic experience of wildlife crossings arrangements for migration of animals across roads has been analyzed; an analysis of recorded road accidents with an animal in 2013-2018; the final revision of the proposals on the design and arrangement of wildlife crossings for the migration of animals across highways in the environment of Ukraine has been developed.
