Description

 Statistics of information security incidents show in favor of the negative impact of the "human factor" on the security of the information environment of the enterprise. Today, it is the staff that is most often the source of information security breaches, which are the result of unprofessionalism, negligence or deliberate destructive intentions of irresponsible or dissatisfied employees. An effective means of preventing and counteracting internal threats to information security are personnel technologies, which are a set of consistent actions, techniques, operations to manage the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of personnel to ensure the effective functioning and information security of the enterprise. In the first part of the work the role of personnel management in information security of the enterprise is investigated, the basic personnel technologies in information security are defined, technologies of training and awareness of personnel in the field of information security and technologies of control and evaluation of personnel on information security are analyzed.
