Description

The object of research is social relations of resource reuse in the energy sector. The subject of the study is the economic and legal means of resource reuse in the energy sector. Results: scientific and methodical recommendations on the combination of multi-sectoral mechanisms of legal regulation of resources reuse are formed; the directions of harmonization of ecological-legal and economic-legal approaches, which activates the significant potential of economic-legal means of regulation, are determined; the Concept of legal framework for resource reuse in the energy sector is proposed. Degree of implementation – individual results obtained during the research, were provided to scientific institutions, institutions of higher education, state administration bodies for use in scientific, scientific-pedagogical, law-making and methodical work. Scope of use: state regulation of the economy.
