Description

The object of the research is the current system of activity of SE "Gazpostach" LLC "Ternopilmiskgaz" in the context of formation, use and assessment of the enterprise's potential. The main goal of the research work is to substantiate the theoretical provisions and develop practical recommendations for improving the process of formation and diagnosis of a set of indicators for evaluating the potential of SE "Gazpostach" LLC "Ternopilmiskgaz" in order to increase the efficiency of the enterprise's activities in conditions of increased competition. The subject of the research work is the theoretical-methodical toolkit and practical aspects of formation and effective use of the potential of SE "Gazpostach" LLC "Ternopilmiskgaz". Work methods - comparison, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, graphic, calculation, monographic, modeling, formalization, analogies, etc. The scientific novelty of the conducted scientific research consists in: the study of the theoretical foundations of the essence, economic nature and classification of the potential of the enterprise in modern business conditions; determination of general approaches to the formation of the company's potential; substantiating the methodical toolkit of the process of formation and use of the company's potential; systematization of organizational aspects of forming a set of indicators for assessing the enterprise's potential; formation of practical recommendations for effective management of the company's potential based on the analysis of the potential of SE "Gazpostach" LLC "Ternopilmiskgaz" using a set of indicators; establishing ways to improve the efficiency of using the company's potential.
