Description

The object of research is the natural resource potential of the territorial community. The subject of the study is ecological and economic relations in the formation of natural resource potential and its use as budgetary income of territorial communities. Research methods: general and specific methods of scientific research, such as: analysis, synthesis, abstraction, comparison, concretization, structural analysis, systematic approach. Scientific and practical results of research can be used in the development of strategies for the development of united territorial communities. Proposals for the distribution of rent income can be applied when determining the income and expenses of local budgets. The sphere of application of the main provisions of research is united territorial communities. The economic effectiveness of the use of natural resource potential consists in the determination of budget revenues for territorial communities. Social efficiency consists in determining the income and expenses of local budgets as a result of the distribution and redistribution of natural resource rent and directing them to solve social problems.
