Description

 The object of the research is social relations that take place in the sphere of ensuring law and order in the border area with the participation of the State Border Service of Ukraine. The purpose of the work is to increase the effectiveness of the organizational and legal mechanisms for ensuring the interaction of the State Border Guard Service with other state bodies in the border area. The current state of regulatory and legal support for cooperation between the bodies of the State Border Service of Ukraine and other state bodies in countering violations of legislation on border issues has been determined. The criminal-procedural and operational-investigative aspects of the interaction of the State Border Service of Ukraine and law enforcement agencies in the field of combating violations of the state border legislation are highlighted. The administrative and legal basis of interaction between the State Border Service of Ukraine and other state bodies in combating violations in the border area has been revealed. The main directions of modernization of the organizational and legal foundations of ensuring interaction of the State Border Service of Ukraine with law enforcement agencies in the border area have been determined. The work is intended for use in the rule-making process, educational activities and legal practice of the units of the State Border Service of Ukraine.
