Description

 The object of the study is the process of formation of management support for various enterprises in the tourism industry. The subject of the study is the information support of the decision-making system in the context of management support of the interaction of small and large tourist enterprises based on the mutual coordination of the interests of all participants in economic processes. Research methods: structural comparative and monographic analysis; statistical analysis; graphical method. The process of organizing administrative support for external economic activities of various-sized enterprises in the tourism industry is considered. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the scientific validity and applied orientation of the theoretical provisions, approaches and recommendations outlined in the work. The main goal of administrative support of the economic activity of tourist enterprises in the conditions of globalization is defined. The main stages, components and functions of administrative support for the activities of various enterprises in the tourism industry are highlighted. The need for information support for management support of the economic activity of tourist enterprises is substantiated, and its main tasks are highlighted. The range of tasks that can be solved by information support in the process of organizing management support for foreign economic activity of enterprises is defined. A document flow scheme of the enterprise is proposed, which will improve the process of accounting and analysis of receivables and payables, increase the level of reliability and efficiency of economic information in order to control the level of receivables and payables.
