Description

 The object of study is the human life world. Purpose: to identify and explore the features of personality formation in the personal and professional spheres and to develop research methods and a program of human development in the personal and professional spheres. Research methods: theoretical, empirical, method of mathematical statistics. Theoretical and practical results: the terminology on the problem of research and features of personality formation as a subject of self-creation in the conditions of personal and professional development are analyzed; the psychological factors of formation of the subject of self-development are investigated; an empirical study of the formation and personal and professional development of the individual. Novelty: the educational process of higher school methods and programs aimed at human development in the personal and professional spheres and providing scientific and methodological recommendations to specialists in the psychological and pedagogical sphere in this problem have been developed and implemented; organization of an enriched educational environment; providing active psychological assistance to individuals in the problem of personal and professional development. The study was conducted on the basis of higher education institutions, social institutions and social institutions of Ukraine.
